Brown Bear Edge Protectors are manufactured to the highest standards. The high quality of cut provides an ease of feeding that will alleviate down time hours. Because of the characteristics of the first line quality chipboard used in production, the edge protector will prevent any indentations or any damage to the lumber being protected.

Circle manufactures a wide variety of edge protectors in many thicknesses, cuts, and sizes. The most common, 6 x 3, are used in magazine type dispensers that are automatically indexed for single ejection. These edge protectors are scored to facilitate bending without cracking and can be back trimmed 4 sides or 3 sides depending on the feed equipment. Caliper range is 120 point of thickness up to a high density 180 point. In addition to the traditional tan chipboard, Circle Inc. also provides a white one side product for higher end products.
