Circle Inc.’s unique die cutting capabilities come from our 500 ton press that allows us to convert up to .360 caliper board. Our unique sheet pasting capabilities allow us to create straight grain and cross grain laminated board as heavy as you can imagine!

• Brown Bear Skid Tops are prime example of heavy caliper converted product that is engineered for specific applications.
• The furniture industry uses our die cut board as an internal stiffener, backing material, and even protective packaging. The applications for heavy caliper converted chipboard continue to grow in the furniture industry and our unique capabilities are a great fit!
• Even the building industry utilizes our chipboard shims in new construction. The shims are approximately 1/8” thick and are made in lengths of 30” and 36”. We can also custom make the size for any application.
• Of course protective packaging is one of the biggest areas our heavy caliper converted chipboard is used. Paper Mills use our board for packaging their rolls with our Die Cut Roll Headers. We developed products for the forest products industry with our 6” x 3” Edge Protectors. The steel industry utilizes our products as coil edge protection as well as die cut seal protectors.
